Southampton based sportsman Aaron Phipps has been telling us more about what's been a successful few days in his career.
Wheelchair rugby's been in the news this week after Great Britain won the European Championships in Denmark.
Their success means they've booked their place at next year's Paralympics in Tokyo.
Aaron Phipps represented Team GB in the competition last week and helped them to their victory.
He's told us how he got into the sport:
"I began wheelchair racing for fun, racing for charity.
"I was at the race tracking championships once and then was convinced to give it a go.
"I was really scared at first but now I absolutely love it."
Aaron feels the Team GB are so consistent:
"We've got such amazing players in every single classification category.
"The way we gel together as a team and the way help other fantastic.
"I feel we could go all the way and win next year."
